Swimming

The training app for swimming clubs

Coaches prepare their sets and send them to their groups; each swimmer finds the session and records times and feelings. Progress shows length after length.

For the coach and for the swimmer

The coach

  • Prepares sessions: warm-up, drills, main set, recovery.
  • Assigns them to a swimmer or an ability group.
  • Follows everyone's times and reviews, session after session.
  • Notes technical points to work on.

The swimmer

  • Finds the day's session on the phone.
  • Records times for each timed set.
  • Fills in a review after getting out of the pool.
  • Finds best times in the history.

Built for swimming

  • Timed sets

A repeated 50 m or 100 m is recorded as a time for each set: the review keeps the best time and the average.

  • Rest between sets

Each exercise carries its rest time, recalled by a timer during the session.

  • Ability groups

A session goes to a whole group; each swimmer can adjust its values if needed.

  • Dryland work

Core work and dryland warm-ups sit in the same programme as the pool.

Frequently asked questions

How are times recorded?

For an exercise, the coach chooses to record a time for each set; the swimmer enters it and the review keeps the best time and the average.

Is a phone at the poolside required?

No. Swimmers can record times and their review after the session, on the phone or on the web.

Do we have to pay to start?

No: creating a club and using it every day is free, with no credit card and no time limit.
