Cross-training
The training app for cross-training clubs
Coaches write strength sessions and circuits and hand them to their athletes; each one ticks off sets and records times and feelings. Progress is followed without a whiteboard.
For the coach and for the athlete
The coach
- Writes sessions in blocks: warm-up, strength, circuit, cool-down.
- Assigns them to an athlete or a group, with a calendar.
- Reads reviews and spots fatigue before it builds up.
- Notes technical points to work on for each athlete.
The athlete
- Ticks off sets and reps during the session.
- Records a time when the exercise is done against the clock.
- Fills in a review: physical, technical and mental feelings.
- Adds personal sessions next to the coach's.

Sets and reps
Each exercise sets its sets, reps or duration and its rest time, with a timer during the session.
Against the clock
An exercise can be recorded as a time: the review keeps the best time and the average.
Circuits
A programme's blocks follow one another in the chosen order, from warm-up to cool-down.
Wellness reviews
Mood and feelings after each session, to plan the following week.

Ready the day the club is created
Example strength exercises and programmes come with the club (in French for now): reuse, edit or remove them.
- Strength sessionsquat, Romanian deadlift, press, row
- Circuit sessionburpees and bodyweight exercises back to back
Frequently asked questions
Can an exercise be timed?
Yes. The coach chooses to record a time for each set; the review shows the best time and the average.
Does it work without signal in the gym?
Yes. On the phone, the session is saved on the device and sent as soon as the network is back.
Do we have to pay to start?
No: creating a club and using it every day is free, with no credit card and no time limit.
